In spring, a cook’s fancy turns to lighter fare — like salads. Cooking for Charity’s favorite Japanese-food expert, Lani Terry, returns to share five of her favorite salad recipes from the Far East. She’ll demonstrate how to make Chinese Chicken Salad, Korean Tossed Salad, Somen Salad, Watercress Salad, and Spicy Asian Noodle Salad. She’ll tell you where to get the best ingredients and give you tips on how to incorporate them into your meals more often. And there will be plenty of tasting. Lani, who learned to cook at her mother’s knee growing up in Hawaii, is one of our most popular chef instructors. We promise you a great time.
