If you attended our sushi class a couple of years ago, you probably remembered our dynamic instructor, Lani Terry. This time she showed us how to prepare an assortment of Asian style hors d’oeuvres — including Fried Won Ton Skins, Pork in Lettuce Cups, Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms with Sesame Seeds, and Shrimp Tofu Balls.
