Korean Tossed Salad

Dressing:
1 clove garlic mashed
2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar

Combine dressing ingredients and simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Let cool.

1 pkg. bean sprouts washed thoroughly and blanched
1/2 head napa cabbage, parboiled, dried with a clean towel and thinly sliced
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 T finely chopped green onions

Mix vegetables in bowl, pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Servings are to be served in small amounts. Serves 6-8.
