A Celebration of Holiday Cookies

If you’ve attended one of Lory Utz’s annual cookie classes, you know that, when it comes to cookies, nobody does it better. A former teacher and stickler for details, Lory makes sure, not only that the recipes she develops are extraordinarily yummy, but also that her instructions are absolutely foolproof. In addition, she wants your dessert tray to look as fabulous as hers always does, so he varies the sizes, shapes, colors, and flavors. And finally, she’ll tell you how to freeze your bounty so that you can make them ahead and pull them out as needed during the holidays. (Having them in the freezer helps to keep pilfering fingers out of them, too. You wouldn’t eat frozen cookies, would you? You rascal…)
