Homemade Breads

It’s been several years since Cooking for Charity has had a bread-making class so we thought it was high time! At our January class, we learned which flour and which yeast to use, how to form perfect rolls and loaves, and even how to grind our own flour.

Three of our favorite bakers volunteered to share their recipes and techniques. Mary and Ed, both on the C4C committee, and Jennifer Coalwell, whose breads and other baked goods have been featured at Kruse Farms and the Saturday Market.
