A Paley’s Place Dinner

Vitaly Paley of Paley’s Place in Portland was Cooking for Charity’s guest chef for a truly up-town demonstration class and sit-down dinner. Kimberly Paley will talk about wines she’ll be serving with dinner and the hows and whys of and wine pairings.
